two tennis courts, exercise room, community room, BBQ grills,
shuffleboard, pleasant walking and jogging areas, generously lit
large interior parking spaces and 24 hour gated security at the
North Gate.
Maravilla is convenient to Destin's shopping centers, Silver Sands
Outlet Mall, nine championship golf courses, water parks,
parasailing and many of the areas major attractions.
